This is so cute! Well, people have been saying it for a while, but it’s true - Penn Badgley and Blake Lively are definitely dating. I guess now that they’re broken up on the show they decided it would be OK to come out with their relationship. Who knows, but they sure were secretive before! What do you think, cute couple or what???
